Service

Occasion-shop has its own technical service. All goods offered by us are checked in advance and, if stated otherwise, are sold fully functional.

Should a product be defective after delivery or within the warranty period, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. You can then return the product to us. We will then repair the damage or exchange the product if possible. However, if it is not possible to exchange a second-hand product or stock clearance article, then it is not always possible to exchange the product.

If a product goes beyond the warranty period, you can still return it to us. We will then, if possible, offer a quote for repair. If you then want to decline repairs, we will only charge 15 euro research costs and the cost of returning.

We sell both new and second-hand products. As a result, we use different warranty terms.

Category (1) with 2 years manufacturer's warranty:
- New products.

Category (2) with 1 year manufacturer's warranty:
- New products. Demo models.

Category (3) provided with 1 month occasion-shop warranty:
- New products. Stock clearance.
- Used products.



Following products are excluded from warranty:
- Lamps
- Flightcases
- Batteries and batteries
- Spare parts - Liquids
- Tape
- Custom made products
